Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement applies when WebLab Group processes personal data on behalf of customers while providing software, APIs, technical services, server administration, website maintenance, or related services.

In such cases:

• The customer acts as the Data Controller.
• WebLab Group acts as the Data Processor.
• Personal data is processed only according to customer instructions.
• Reasonable technical and organizational security measures are applied.
• Access to personal data is limited to what is necessary to provide the service.
• Personal data is not sold to third parties.

WebLab Group may use trusted third-party providers, including hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment providers, and communication providers, when necessary to deliver services.

Customers remain responsible for obtaining any permissions, consents, or legal basis required to process personal data.
